The Fitness Center is located on the 2nd Floor of the Michael J. Adanti Student Center.
At Southern there is a great fitness center that is open for student to use at a price. For one semester the charge is $60.00 and you need to make sure that the money is on your Hoot Loot Card. Then you can renew the membership for the next semester at the same price. The hours of operation are Monday thru Thursday 7am to 10pm, Friday 7am to 8pm, Saturday 9:30am to 4:30pm and Sunday 2pm to 7pm. So far this week the classes I have taken are Zumba which is on Tuesday from 5-6, Cardio Kickboxing which is Wednesday from 5-5:45 and Buns, Guns and Abs on Thursday from 4-4:45. The one that I liked the best was Zumba because I love to dance and the teacher was very fun and had a great personality.
